[General] Replace the wrong preposition of the phrasal verb

1. As soon as my divorce goes with, I'll get married.
2. Tony's going away with a girl from work. I think he is quite serious about her.

And please Explain the meaning of these phrasal verb for me ^^~

oh.. 1 more question:
Complete the sentence with an animal

Here are some I have done. If you would have a look and tell me if I was wrong... It would be great then ^^!

1. The burglar alarm went out in the middle of the night. Wake every body up.

2. I think this fish has gone down - it stinks.

3. What on earth is going out here?

4. The fire went on and the room gradually became cold.

5. The bomb went on when there were still lots of people in the building.

6. The firm went out of business last week and their office has closed off

7. The price of bread has gone on again. Last week it was 60p a loaf, now it is 70p/

9. Before you sign the contract, you should go it on carefully with a solicitor.

But can you give me the answers of questions number 8,10 and 13. I have looked up for suitable phrasal verb but I didn't understand them well
Or you can just give me the meanings of the 3 phrasal verbs for the questions
