    Re: Looking for Mp3 words

Do you mean you want to download some sort of podcast about vocabulary?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Re: Looking for Mp3 words

If you're looking for something like a dictionary broken down into individual files, it may be difficult to find- I don't know of one like that- the sound is usually accessed from a single file in software dictionaries, for example.

    Re: Looking for Mp3 words

Wiktionary has individual files (like this), but not all words have been uploaded yet. Also, the files are in the .ogg format. If your friend's phone can't play it, he will have to convert the files. Also, I don't know of any simple and convenient way of downloading all the files. Maybe someone else does?

Forvo: the pronunciation guide. All the words in the world pronounced by native speakers

Is a website where anyone can upload an audio recording of a word. If you create an account you can easily download individual audio recordings.

Otherwise your friend should look for a mobile dictionary with audio pronunciations.
