You have correctly identified the tenses in examples (2) and (3) as Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continuous, respectively. (1) and (4) are incorrect, though, (1) is Present Continuous (or Progressive), indicating an activity in progress, while (4) is an example of the Present Simple Tense.
