What is the meaning of "in-house" in these sentence ?

    Hi everybody,

I have a small question about the meaning of "in-house" in this context:

"Years of experience combined with in-house design and manufacture has enabled Aqua-dock to provide docking and pontoon systems for personal and private use"

    Any ideas ??

They have employees of the company who can provide these capabilities. They do not have to go outside their company, use sub-contractors, etc.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
