Creeps. It's plural - creeps.

Usually I know "sends shivers down my spine" or "gives me the creeps."

Getting or giving the "creeps" is just a slangy way to say something makes you feel some combination of frightened/uncomfortable/disgusted -- or just plain uneasy.

There's something odd about that man. The way he keeps looking at our table gives me the creeps.
Stop telling me this ghost story. I'm getting the creeps. Finish it tomorrow when it's bright and sunny out.

Have you ever heard something that you find spooky or very exciting and you feel a shiver go down your back? That's "sends shivers down my spine."

This is a combination of those two expressions.
