Peace be with you. What is the difference between problematic and problem?

Ucef,
(1) I was reminded of your post while reading my newspaper this
morning.
(2) Here is the headline from the business section of the
Los Angeles
Times, January 14, 2011:
Plenty of 'Hornet' buzz; 'Dilemma' is problematic
In plain English: A lot of people are talking about the new
movie "The Green Hornet," but
not so many people are
talking about the new movie "The Dilemma."
The article says that this weekend, maybe "Hornet" will
sell $50 million dollars worth of tickets in the United States and
Canada, but "Dilemma" may sell only $20 million. That's why
the prospects (hopes) for "Dilemma" are
problematic.
NOTE: The hopes for "Dilemma" are problematic at this moment,
but sometimes a movie suddenly becomes popular and makes a
lot of money. The article says that the producers of "Dilemma"
remember that another movie called "It's Complicated" started
with $22 million in sales, but it eventually made $112 million!!!
