[Grammar] Noodles Plural Or Singular ?

I like to eat curry noodles at the restaurant because it is very delicious.

OR

I like to eat curry noodles at the restaurant because they are very delicious.

It seems like the word noodles is PLURAL, so I think it could not be it..?
Which is the correct one ?


Regarding the word "family"

Where do your family live ?

OR

Where does your family live ?

I think family refers to 'a unit' of members, so it is singular.


Please give opinion.

Use they- noodles are plural.

With family, you will see both do and does used- you can see a family as a unit or as a group of people, and it also depends on the variant of English- British English will often use a plural verb with a collective noun while American English often uses a singular.
