    Default hope

Which of them is right? or more usual?

1- I hope he will come tomorrow.
2- I hope he comes tomorrow.

Can we say any general rule for using hope?

My best wishes for your new year!

They are equally correct. 1- sounds more formal, 2- more casual.

My best wishes for your new year!
