Default sleeping little/have been sleeping little

    Hello!

Are the sentences below more or less the same, as far as meaning is concerned? It is the time expressions that dictate the choice of the grammar tense here? Which one would a native speaker say?

    I'm sleeping little these days.
    I've been sleeping little lately.

I'd be very grateful for help.
    Thank you in advance.

    I'd say

'I've not been sleeping well lately'.

'I'm not sleeping well these days'.

    I'd say:
    1. "I haven't been getting much sleep lately."
    2. "I haven't been sleeping well lately."
    3. "I haven't been sleeping much these days."

Note that there is semantic difference. 3. leaves open the possibility that not sleeping is voluntary, in the sense of "I don't seem to need as much sleep as I used to."

You can use "I'm not getting much sleep...." I can't see that there is any grammatical reason to choose this form (or not to).
