"I did it by myself"/ "I did it myself", are both sentences correct and do they have the same meaning ?

They are both correct, and there is no real difference.

'By myself' possibly stresses the idea of 'alone, with the help of nobody else' more strongly.

Yes, it is. Thank you. When I write 'in my opinion' or 'possibly' it means that I don't know for certain. Confirmation, or disagreement, is always useful.
