You need to make your own attempt first, Smooth-Chaos.

    Heres my 1st paragraph

@font-face { font-family: "Cambria"; }p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal { margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; }div.Section1 { page: Section1; } Thank you for reconsidering my application letter for re-enrollment. I am writing this response due to my performance in unsuccessfully completing my papers in the year 2010.
Please let me know what i need to fix up or need to add before i get into the body of the letter

Re: Structure of a Response letter

First, you need to give us a brief summary of why you need to write this letter.

We need some background knowledge of what's been happening before.

Start your letter 'Dear Sir or Madam' if you don't know the name of the person you're writing to. Always capitalise I.
