    My dear teachers,

    What does this sentence mean?

    Freedom is the absence of obstacles 'to the realization of desires.'

    ***not a teacher***
    The "to" before "the realisation" is the preposition of "obstacles". So, if you remove all those obstacles, then you can have all your desires realised!
