Some and any can be either a pronoun, a determiner, or a quantifier.
Too and enough are adverbs.

If we're talkig about parts of speech, some, any and enough can be used as adverbs, determiners and pronouns.
too is an adverb.

PS. Sorry Engee. Didn't see your reply. Seems like we've got different opinions on that :)

I think:

'Some' and 'any' and 'enough' are quantifiers. A quantifier is a kind of 'determiner'.

'too' as 'too much' is an adverb of determiner. 'much' is a quantifier (which is a kind of determiner).

'some' can also function as a 'pronoun' and an 'adverb'.
'any' can also function as a 'pronoun' and an 'adverb'.
'enough' can also function as a 'pronoun' and an 'adverb'.
'too' is ,generally speaking, an 'adverb'.

Incidentally, enough can be a pronoun too.
