    is this sentence correct?

    Will you combine two models / goods at the same location for inspection to minimize the reinspection fee?

    I would say:

    Would you minimise the re-inspection fee by examining two models at the same time and location?

    Note that I have hyphenated re-inspection and used the UK English spelling of minimise. Minimise may not be the best word to use, however. Why not say reduce or offer a discount on...

    No, you would say two items of goods. But if it's a car, for example, you would be specific and say car (in other words, describe the goods).
