    In hand or on hand

    Hi,

I would be very grateful if you could explain the usage of "in hand", "on hand" and "at hand".

    Thanks

Re: In hand or on hand

There will always be an officer at hand/on hand should problems arise. Close by. At hand is more common.
I have the situation in hand. I am in control of it.
