Default I want this 2 weeks to dissapear

For example, 2 wweks later, I will see my boyfined.. and I just want to pass this 2 weeks fast...
    Can I say:

"I want this 2 weeks to dissapear"

    Is this right to use?

It's more normal to put it the way you did at first ('I want it to go fast/quickly'), but I see nothing seriously wrong with disappear.... But... if something hasn't appeared yet (time to come), it sounds to me a bit odd to talk about it disappearing.

You could also say 'I wish the wait[ing] would just be over'; (the '-ing' is optional.)
