    Default Australian accent

    Hello!

Don't throw stones to me - this question might have been asked a milion times.
But still, what are the features of Australian accent.
How can an American tell the difference in accents between a British person and an Australian person?
How can a British person identify an Australian person by the accent?

    Thank you!

I've never tried throwing stones at people, so you don't need to worry.
    Have you tried this?

Another good way to get a feeling for the Aus. accent, as opposed to the intellectual reading, is to watch some Australian movies. There are some quite good ones. Or go to YouTube and listen to some Aussies speaking.
