I know people can say Are you weekends longer than two days?
Does the sentence Is your weekend longer than two days? convey the same meaning?
If so, does it mean these two patterns can be used interchangeably?
To me, it's the same as "Is the elephant the largest land animal?" and "Are elephants the largest land animal?"
You could use that "Is your weekend..." to refer to a specific, upcoming weekend. Perhaps there is a holiday added to that particular weekend.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
