    Default becatered and bewaitered

"It was a decorated, becatered and bewaitered table."

Could you tell me what it means? Since I haven't been able to look it up in a dictionary I suspect it being kind of old-fashioned?

Invented words for humorous effect. Waiters catered for you when you sat there.

There is a Russian translation here:it was decorated, becatered and bewaitered table I don't know how accurate it is.

Pardon my French but translation sucks. I doubt them being widely-used words.
