    Promoting the peace process

Please, check if the following passage is grammatically correct. Thanks

In such a situation, promoting significant negotiations seems unrealistic. Mr. N is either incapable of or unwilling to promoting such negotiations while Mr. A is incapable of and expecting the international community to do the job for him. Despite these difficulties, Israel should present the world with a vision of peace and a peace plan, primarily, in order to keep the peace talks going on and give them hope for the future and second, to improve Israel's image worldwide and its relations with the US. Against all odds, precisely the current turmoil in the Arab world may bring surprises and generate momentum that could push forward the peace process.
