    Default Grammar checking

    Please find the attached spreadsheet which shows the actual yearly expenditure by sponsors from year 2005 -2010.
    Is this sentence grammatically correct? If not please explain the reason.

    It looks OK to me but you might want to say "years 2005 thru 2010" to make it more explicit.

    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    As a BE speaker I would say 'from 2005 to 2010 inclusive'.

    Only North Americans would say 'from years 2005 thru (or even through) 2010'.
