    I think that it is a comma-splice run-on sentence (a comma but no conjunction), and that the comma should be replaced with a semicolon.

    I agree with its philosophical outlook, however.

    I just mean that it is a rather thought-provoking statement, Uchiha; it is a statement which is philosophical about life.
