Dear all,

I hear people say "Success" as "sʌkˈses", but many dictionaries say "səkˈses", do you think ""sʌkˈses" is a correct pronunciation?

It's dialectal. The schwa is the RP option, and is widely used in the south of England (even in non-RP speech). But the [ʌ] sound is widely used in the north (and in the 'Celtic fringe - Wales, Ireland and Scotland etc).
