    Pronunciation of "Success","Successful", Succeed"?

    Dear all,

I hear people say "Success" as "sʌkˈses", but many dictionaries say "səkˈses", do you think ""sʌkˈses" is a correct pronunciation?

    They're both acceptable.

    Probably /səkˈses/
But the stress is not on that syllable; an unstressed /ʌ/ is pretty much a /ə/ anyway.
