This question has generated a great deal of argument, but the general consensus among English know-it-alls is that it is wrong to end a sentence with a dangling preposition, that is one which can be deleted without changing the meaning of the sentence.

That is where my mail goes to.

When prepositions act as adverbials or particles, which means that they contribute meaning, they can be used at the end of a sentence.
