    He means "being".

    Pro tip: People asking/answering questions on yahooanswers and something similar or just writing on random forums on the Internet more often than not have terrible spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. I wouldn't learn English from their examples.

    wonder = to think about something, wanting to know more about it

    wander = to move/walk around without any purpose
