a. What should I say a clothing in very thin material that can be see-through easily?

b. For the above sentence, shall I say
  1. that can be see-through easily?
  2. that can be seen through easily?

Believe it or not it's called "see through material"

You would say it can be seen througheasily.

I'd use a hyphen: see-through material.

If you want a posh term, you can use diaphanous.
