    Default strength/power/force

    Hi dear teachers!

Would you please point out the mistakes tn the following piece of text?

The custom here is that in a fight between bulls, they are expected to enter the field at the same time, but John's bull had entered half an hour earlier and settled there considering its home. This meant that when a bull finds a spot and makes it home, its strength/power/force increases ten fold in defence of its home and no other bull can vanquish it.

    Thanks a milloion in advance!

I dont know why you think it is like homework. I just want to know if these sentences are correct based on the context so my underestanding of English would improve.
