    make a speech etc

Are the following all correct/acceptable collocations? I'm sure about the underlined ones. But I'm not certain of the other in each pair. Could you help me clarify them? Thank you very much in advance.
    give/make a speech
    give/make a lecture
    give/make a talk
    give/make a presentation
    give/make an explanation
    give/make a description
    give/make a statement
    give/make an announcement
    give/make a declaration
    give/make a demonstration

She has made a new boyfriend.

She has made [?] found/got a new boyfriend.
Without further context, I feel that the ones I have crossed out are unlikely; the others are possible
