    have/has

    Hi,

    1) All the items mentioned in the purchase order have been delivered except the items noted below.---
    Is the sentence correct?

    2) They delivered the purifier but they haven't sent the technician yet/ They have delivered the purifier but they haven't sent the technician yet ----- which one is more appropriate?
