    (1) The following are the disastrous effects of no electricity.
    (2) First, there would be no modern electric appliances such as TVs, radios, computers, telephones, air conditioners, refrigerators, and so on.
    (3) That would cause a chain reaction: we have no night markets, 7-Elevens, movie theaters, Internet cafes, etc.
    (4) Our daily routine would be chaos and the quality of life would be deteriorating.

    Do you mean "if there was no electricity"?

    (2) First, there would be no modern electric appliances such as TVs, radios, computers, telephones, air conditioners, refrigerators, and so on.

    (4) Our daily routine would be chaos and the quality of life would be deteriorating.
    Keep tenses consistent.

    Also, as an aside, daily life was not chaos before electricity was invented.
