    Default bicycle

    The direction of the wind ease the bicycle going very fast.

    Shall I say :

    The bicycle goes very fast in tail wind.
    __________________________________________________ ______

    The direction of the wind makes the bicycle going very slowly.

    Shall I say :

    The bicycle goes very slowly in head wind.
    __________________________________________________ ______

    Tom's bicycle cannot go steadily in straight line but keeps on moving left and right which causes accident to the bicycles.

    Shall I say :

    Tom's bicycle have been wiggling which causes accident to the bicycles behind.
    __________________________________________________ _________

    I ask Tom to control his bike on the same lane.

    Shall I say :

    I ask Tom to keep on lane.

    Ju.
    1) The bicycle goes very fast with a tailwind.
    2) The bicycle goes very slowly into a headwind.
    3) Tom's bicycle has been wiggling/wobbling, causing accidents/collisions with the bicycle behind.
    ... for #3 I'm assuming you mean that the bike behind is running into Tom's bike.
    4) I have asked Tom to keep/stay in his lane.

    Ju, it is more natural to ask 'Can I say?' than 'Shall I say?
