    Default Which one is correct?

    If I want to tell my boss that I've just completed the assigned task, how can I tell him?

    1. Task X was completed
    2. Task X have been completed
    3. Task X is completed

    The Active is even simpler:

    I have completed Task X.
    I completed Task X.
