    Can we make the queue?

    Hello,

Although I know that the most common expression is "form the queue" or "join the queue" - as far as I know, naturally -, I remember seeing the expression "make the queue". Might that be possible?

    Thank you very much.

You can't "form the queue" or "make the queue". You can "form a queue" or "make a queue".
The reason for this should be obvious. Before a queue is formed, there is no queue to apply the definite article to.
Once a queue is formed or made, you can "join the queue".
