    Question Is the sentence is correct or wrong?

    These women work inside and that woman works outside.

    If you reader can see pictures of the women, or you listener is able to see the women, and know which ones you are referring to, it's okay.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
