    boldface, italic, and underlined fonts

    Dear Sir/Madam,

What would be the most suitable word/phrase to describe "boldface, italic, underlined, uppercase, lowercase" of fonts?? Typeface style, typeface characteristics, font style, print style, textual format, or none of them?

    Thanks a lot,
    Jo

Of the things you listed, only italic is a typeface. The rest are formatting.
