    I understand that the underlined words are intended to relate to the primary focus of the forum - the English language.

    There is, however, one acronym that I didn't notice in the underline/description list - "NES". It's an acronym that I personally had never come across until I joined the forum.

    Some could be, but as we try to keep things chatlish-light, I would be reluctant to go crazy. I included IMO because it is so common on the forum. And as a selfish measure, because I use it.

    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
