I've never heard of an RV or a Welshire bus.

An RV is a home on wheels. It has a kitchen, beds, a bathroom, etc. The front part is where the driver and another passenger can sit.

I have never heard of a Welshire bus, so it must be a term used elsehwere.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

In a "Julianana and Bill" episode. Could wilshire be the name of the producing company? I can't tell.

Wilshire Boulevard is a road. Does it make sense in the context?

Or perhaps it just means 'the bus going to Wilshire' - as I might catch the London bus...

    RV stands for "Recreational Vehicle."

It would be cool if you provided the context, like, say, a quote.
