Location of private banking in the banking sector aimed at wealthy customers.

Could this heading use some smoothing out, especially when it comes to the 'wealthy customers' part, or is it okay?

It depends on who your audience is and what will be included under this heading. Some context would really help.

Unfortunately, I'm only dealing with headings, so I can't offer more context than what I've already given and perhaps what you've managed to figure out on your own. The whole text, to which I have no access, treats about how private banking functions in Poland. I can add, though, that I'm dealing with an MA table of contents.

Many banks have these sectors for wealthy clients. HSBC, for example, calls them "Premier."
How about this: "Private banking sector for Preferred Customers?"

I think I'll go for it, it sounds much clearer. Thanks! Just one thing, is it important that I keep the term in bold capitalised or can I knock it down to lower case?

I would keep it capitalized if that is what the bank calls these customers. Otherwise I'd use lower case.

Since there's no mention of one particular bank, it's more of a general analysis, I'd go for lower case I think. Thanks again.
