    2. No other boy in the class is as smart as him.

    what expression is right?




    1. No other girl in the class prettier than she.
    2. No other girl in the class prettier than her.

    Some people would prefer the first sentence in each pair, but the second is acceptable.

    We's probably be more likely to say:

    He's the smartest boy in the class.
    She's the prettiest girl in the class.
