Can you tell me if this is grammatically correct, please?


"I have a new free time slot to make up for the meeting of 30th June that we cancelled: Tuesday 7th at 11.00. Would it suit you? "

Fine. Maybe 'that' would sound more natural... But 'it' is fine too.

I agree that "Would that suit you?" sounds more natural. In addition, I would say "I have a new slot available to make up for the meeting..." I don't think it's necessary to call it a "free time slot". If you're offering it to someone as a good time for a meeting, then it's pretty clear that you are free during that time.
