Please submit your quotation by next week at 12:00 on Friday 21st 2011.

We are looking forward to receive your quotation.

I'm sorry, but this letter really doesn't make any sense.

I don't know what you're trying to say with the "introduce of Mr. Paul" bit, but in all my years in the business world if our company was inviting quotations for a product or service the "invitation to bid" letter would be very succint:

Subject line: INVITATION TO BID
(mention the product here)

Please submit your best price and delivery for the following:

(Then you would describe the product you want to purchase. You would also include any details specific to your request, such as "quote must include price of packaging to our specifications" or "price must be FOB X location").
