    twitch dust

I think perhaps now we should make for an inn, she said, twitching dust out of the folds of her pelisse."

Is "to twitch" used here in a meaning "to clean"?

I belive it means the manner she was taking the dusting her cloak "with spasmodic jerky movements", of her hand, I presume.
