    Please, check if the following sentence is grammatically correct. Thanks!

    The vacuum left by "Atacom" is being filled today by a series of small companies across the region. These companies engage in local transactions which are subjected to the political circumstances of the countries in which they are based.

    Atacom does not need inverted commas.

    '...subject to...' not 'subjected to.'
