    Hi,

    Question:
    Could you please suggest a word for me?

    Sentence:
    I can use visual basis in MsExcel to perform any _____ actions.

    What I want to say:

    can perform any action that most people will use and people always use.
    For example, copy and paste.

    You probably mean 'Visual Basic' and 'MS Excel'.
    "Common" is as good as anything I can think of. 'Popular' has the connotation that people like doing it. Backspacing and correcting is a very common action, but I wouldn't call that popular.
