'In future' means from now on. There is no real need for 'in the future'.

More natural would be: I hope/would like to be a doctor.

My only wish to be a doctor will true soon
I wish to be at home during the party.(I mean I would like to be at home during the party)
May I wish to be with you any more?(I would like to be with you any more)
God will true/meet your wishes soon, don't be worried.(God will fulfill what you would like to be and to do)
I wish you to be in final match.(I would like to see you in final match)
Can I use ''wish'' in these sentences or would is better for them?

In most of them "hope" would be a better choice.

I hope my wish to become a doctor will come true soon.
I would like/prefer to be/stay at home during the party.
God will fulfil your wishes soon.
God will answer your prayers soon!
I hope you'll be in the final.

I don't know what you mean by "May I wish to be with you any more?"
