    Default correct choice of words

We are living with so many things around us and it makes our lives/life complex; they bring/provide us with us convenience and satisfaction to a certain extent.

    1. Should it be 'lives' or 'life'?

    2. Should it be 'bring' or 'provide us with'?

    Thanks.

For a start, what do you mean by "living with so many things around us"? Do you mean that we all have a lot of possessions in our houses? Do you mean that there are simply a lot of things in the world which are around us all the time?

Thanks, Emsr2d2. I mean the latter.

    1. Our lives. We don't all share one life.

    2. "Provide us with" sounds better to me than "bring us." The meaning is the same.
