    Default more superior

    Signs Of Abusive Boyfriend
    3. Superiority
If your boyfriend feels that he is more superior to you then he is egoistic and do not respect you as much as you required. Sometimes, it is also possible that they know you are superior to him but because of high level of ego, they are not ready to accept the fact and start being abusive.
The word "superior" means "better in quality than somebody/something else; greater than somebody/something else," so wouldn't it be wrong to use the word with "more"?

It sounds wrong to me. Unless he thought both of you were superior to some unnamed third party, but that he was more superior than you are.

There are other faults here, I don't think it's written by a native speaker. (of English)

Yes, there are numerous mistakes on that page. "More superior" is one of the least of the writer's problems.
However, there is also a philosophical or moral problem here. Apparently in this society, superiority is something objective which can be measured. If the writer is approving of a girl knowing that she is superior to her boyfriend, how is it abusive for a guy to believe that he is superior to the girl?
In English, in advice columns like this, we don't talk about one person "being superior" to another as a factual concept, unless it's qualified, eg. "He is the superior tennis player."
