Imagine a bunch of movie stars and a lot of photographers before them.

So, is it correct to express : "The first flashes victim was X"

Or maybe is far more correct "The first flash victim was X"?

Thank You for your help

Do you mean photographers?

The second one is OK, although it might be ambiguous.

Thanks. Do you have another possible and more precise way of saying it ?

Thanks again
If you want precise, you shouldn't use metonyms like "flash" for photographer; or any other figurative language.
How about "The first movie star photographed was X". That is precise.
You could say "The first victim of the flashes was X" or your second version. That might be colloquial, but it's less precise.

"Flashing" means to briefly expose an indecent part of your body. I wouldn't use it in this context. Especially with "victim." A flashing victim is someone who is minding his or her own business when a pervert exposes himself/herself.
