    Default measured or measuring?

    I miswrote measured as the answer, but the answer is measuring, so only measuring works here, right?

    ex)The phone, measuring(measured) 12.5cm by 7.5cm, is shaped like a bone and is attached to a dog's collar.

    Yes.

    You did not miswrite " measured" unless you misspelt it. You simply wrote it (by mistake, mistakenly, in error.).
